Felipe Bravo
Owner, Head Brewer
Felipe boasts over 7 years in production brewing and a decade in homebrewing. His expertise spans roles at key breweries like Original Pattern Brewing, Fort Point Beer Company, Devil’s Canyon Brewing, and Central Coast Brewing.
Before beer, Felipe pursued Electrical Engineering in grad school, dedicating his thesis to automated homebrew systems. This blend of tech and craft ensures Fox Tale’s brews merge innovation with consistency.

For 12 years, Wendy has delved into food as a conduit for healing and inclusivity. Motivated by her health experiences, she mastered Holistic Nutrition, fermentation, and plant-focused dishes.
Having pioneered Facebook’s Superfoods and fermentation initiatives, Wendy now aims to democratize specialty foods, expanding access and appreciation for these nourishing flavors across the Bay Area and beyond.
