Join us for an Exquisite Valentine’s Day Six Course Prix Fixe Drink Pairing Dinner

Valentine’s Day Dinner 2025 tickets go on sale Friday 1/25 at 10am!

Please enjoy our menu this year, and note that we will also offer a non-alcoholic version of the pairing, with specialty Mock Tales we’ve crafted up special for this dinner.

Our dinner is wildly unique, focusing on an abundant array of hyper local and seasonal produce, complex fermentations, and the endless possibilities of nature’s finest gifts - plants.

Reservations must be made in the form of tickets purchased online at our webstore. We will offer three rounds, with dinner served at 4PM, 630PM, and 9PM.

Tickets for this Six Course Specialty Dinner with full beverage pairing will be $180 per person, which includes gratuity. We will be selling the tickets in pairs of 2, 4 and 6 to keep the seating arrangements organized. Email us at info@foxtalefermentationproject.com to coordinate securing 1, 3, or 5 person tickets.
